Winter, Other, 7 years, looking for adoption

Hello everyone,

Due to a change in my family situation (divorce in 2025), I am unfortunately no longer able to provide my dog with the care and attention he deserves. Therefore, I am looking for a loving and suitable new home for my dog Winter.

Since May 2025 I have been living alone and, because of my job, I am away from home almost every day. As a result, Winter is often alone for long periods of time, which is not ideal for him. He truly thrives in a home where people are present more often and where he can have regular human contact.

About Winter:

White Swiss Shepherd, male, 6 years old

Microchipped, not neutered

Very gentle, people-oriented and great with children

Gets along well with other dogs

Currently lives with 3 cats (new cats can be a bit exciting for him at first, but he adjusts well)

Approximately 2 years ago, Winter had an epileptic seizure. He is on medication for this and has been seizure-free for almost 2 years. With proper medication and care, his condition is very well controlled.

I am looking for a home where Winter does not have to be alone for long hours. A dog walker or daycare is not a suitable solution for him; he truly needs companionship and people around him.
